The HCCA Youth Academy, established in 2021 under the Hill Country Cricket Association, offers age-specific categories including U10 Softball, U11 Leatherball, and U13 Leatherball, tailored to different skill levels. Starting with 30 kids, the program has grown to over 100 members, catering to young cricket enthusiasts in the Austin area. With a focus on talent development, sportsmanship, and providing a supportive environment, the program aims to cultivate a love for the sport and equip young athletes with the tools they need to succeed in cricket. The teams in this youth program take part in many tournaments such as NYCT(National Youth Cricket Tournament), DYCL(Dallas Youth Cricket League), and NTCA(North Texas Cricket Tournament).
